    • PURPOSE: A power transmission device for an overhead moving apparatus is provided to stably brake the free-fall of a telescopic tube by installing a double brake which is operated by a worm gear box, a proximity sensor, or a limit switch. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission device for an overhead moving apparatus comprises a bevel gear shaft(20), a main clutch(40), an auxiliary clutch(41), a main motor(30), an auxiliary motor(31), a worm gear box(50), a driving gear(60), and a driving part sprocket. The bevel gear shaft is rotatably mounted on a trolley and comprises three bevel gears(21a,21b,21c). The main clutch and the auxiliary clutch selectively deliver power to two of the bevel gears installed in the bevel gear shaft. The main motor and the auxiliary motor deliver the power to the main clutch and the auxiliary clutch. The worm gear box receives the power through an input shaft connected in the bevel gear of the bevel gear shaft. The driving gear is connected with an output shaft of the worm gear box to receive the power. The driving part sprocket is formed with the driving gear in one body to wind a chain while rotating.

    • PURPOSE: A cable drive system module is provided to offer desire reduction gear ratio by combining two pulleys in which power transfer cable is wound in the opposite direction as a hollow shaft shape. CONSTITUTION: A first speed reduction pulley(3) is connected to a servo motor. A second speed reduction pulley(4) is pivotally connected with the first speed reduction pulley by using a cable. A first driving pulley(6) is connected with the second speed reduction pulley by using a hollow shaft. A second driving pulley(8) comprises a shaft in order to be inserted into the hollow shaft of the first driving pulley. A shaft fixing apparatus is combined with one end of the shaft. The shaft fixing apparatus controls the degree of twist of the first driving pulley and the second driving pulley.

    • PURPOSE: A cable management device interlocked with a telescopic motion is provided to effectively manage cables in small spaces because the cables for transmitting and receiving power and signals to a manipulator at the bottom of a telescopic tube are wound or unwound according to flexibility of the telescopic tube. CONSTITUTION: A cable management device interlocked with a telescopic motion(200) comprises a frame, a fixed cable drum(210), and a movable cable drum(220). The frame is installed in a trolley box where the upper part of a telescopic tube is fixed. The fixed cable drum is fixed in the upper part of the frame and winds a cable connected from a manipulator. The moving cable drum is installed in the frame to be upwardly moved from the lower part of the fixed cable drum and winds the cable connected from the fixed cable drum. By moving the movable cable drum to the upper or lower part according to flexibility of the telescopic tube, the cable is wound or unwound.
