    • PURPOSE: A method for controlling a discharge position of a reclaimer is provided to determine the displacement of a reclaimer moving unit to remove dangerous factors caused by the incorrect determination of the discharge position. CONSTITUTION: A reclaimer is formed to discharge fuel/material from a pile of fuel/material. A fixed coordinate is formed on the driving origin of the reclaimer(S301). A moving coordinate is determined on the reclaimer(S302). The fuel/material piles are detected in shape(S303). The detected shape of the fuel/material piles is converted into the fixed coordinate(S304). Contour lines are formed to contact an outer rotational circle of a bucket of the reclaimer to the fuel/materials piles with the shape of the fuel/material piles(S305). An initial discharge position is determined from the respective contour lines(S306). The displacement of reclaimer is calculated to approach the reclaimer to the initial discharge position(S307). The reclaimer moves to the calculated displacement(S308).

CONSTITUTION: A bucket-hold wire socket comprises two equalizer bodies(9) forming hold sockets(20) in grooves(8); a guide housing(12) combining with the equalizer bodies, and attaching a weight body(13) having a nut(14-3) and an auxiliary support part(11) having a nut(14-2); a center holder ring(15) inserted to the hold socket of the equalizer body; a stopper ring(16) fitted to the center holder ring; and wire assembling pins(17) and nuts(18) assembling the equalizer bodies with penetrating the hold socket. Accidents are prevented, and loading efficiency is improved by replacing the bucket promptly and assembling the hold wire conveniently.

      본 발명에 의하면, 제철공장에서 고로 조업시 원,연료로 사용되는 철광석이나 석탄을 리크레이머를 이용하여 불출하는 경우, 실질적으로 파일을 퍼내는 버켓에 부착된 부착탄등의 부착재를 버켓의 회전시 위치변동에 따러 효과적으로 제거하도록 함으로서, 버켓의 파일불출시 조업성을 향상시키는 한편, 부착탄등의 부착재 고착에 의한 설비작동불량 및 그 손상을 방지하는 보다 개선된 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

In a bucket wheel guide liner support structure of a raw material reclaimer, a bucket wheel(134) is rotatably mounted to a boom(122) and several buckets(132) are installed along the outer peripheral surface of the bucket wheel. A guide liner is mounted on the boom via a liner frame(20). The bucket wheel guide liner support structure comprises a first support unit(30) rotatably connecting the inner central part of the liner frame and the boom; a second support unit(50) rotatably connecting the inner lower end part of the liner frame and the boom; and an auxiliary guide liner(70) mounted on the second support unit. The first support unit is elastically supported by a spring(42). The second support unit is supported by a turnbuckle(60) the length of which is adjustable.

    • PURPOSE: A V-belt attachment device with easiness of replacement and adjustment is provided to stabilize work by enabling immediate replacement of a V-belt when a trouble in turn of a reclaimer occurs, to reduce worker's maintenance load, and to prevent an accident. CONSTITUTION: A V-belt attachment device with easiness of replacement and adjustment attaches a V-belt(222) in a device of measuring the turning speed in a reclaimer. The V-belt attachment device comprises a detachable cover(10) attached to a motor shaft cover(5) to cover an opening; the V-belt one side of which is fitted into an RPM measurement sheave(220) extended from an RPM(Revolution Per Minute)-measuring machine(230) fixed to the upper side of the detachable cover and the other side is fitted into a shaft sheave(210); and a tension control part(50) both ends of which are extended to the sides of the shaft sheave from the inside of the detachable cover. The opening is formed to a side of the motor shaft cover in which the shaft sheave of a turning motor is installed. The tension control part has a frame(35) horizontally moving. Auxiliary sheaves are each rotatably mounted to the ends of the frame. The V-belt is fitted into the shaft sheave and the RPM measurement sheave through the auxiliary sheaves. The tension control part transmits the rotational force of the shaft sheave to the RPM measurement sheave by adjusting the tension of the V-belt by the horizontal movement of the frame. Replacement work of the V-belt is possible by disassembling the detachable cover.

    • PURPOSE: A bucket inserting striker device is provided to reduce the breakage of a striker, to prevent the clash between the striker and an inverting lever and to improve the workability by loading the striker in a groove of the inverting lever. CONSTITUTION: A damping striker portion has a striker(7b) in an inverting lever(4) having a Y shaped groove under a moving plate(7a). A movement controlling device of the striker has a braking plate(8b) penetrating a damping guide shaft of the damping striker portion between a pair of braking beams. An inversion controlling device of a bucket is connected between a wheel supporting beam and the movement controlling portion of the striker through a fixing beam(9a). A power generating/transferring portion is connected with the fixing beam and the braking beams and controls the operation of the movement controlling portion of the bucket and the inversion controlling portion of the bucket by the rotation of a sprocket and a screw according to the operation of the driving motor. Thereby, the striker is exactly loaded in the groove of the inverting lever though a wheel is rotated continuously and repeatedly.
