The present invention collects food wastes disposed from apartment areas, detached house areas, restaurant areas, and others while checking a user who disposes the food wastes and recording the volume of the food wastes, then photographs it with a CC camera to check, notify, and treat impurities. Also, the present invention notifies the disposal user of the impurities and treats the impurities by detecting and removing the impurities while crushing the disposed food wastes on the spot; thereby completely separating and discharging the impurities beforehand not to be mixed with the food wastes. Then, the device collects the food wastes to reduce the volume using a drying device so that the food wastes can be processed as high quality resources, such as fodder or fertilizer. Moreover, the present invention can be conveniently installed around the apartment areas or the restaurant areas with simple configuration and beautiful appearance.

CONSTITUTION: A volume rate food garbage collection system and recycling apparatus comprises an electronic part means to operate crushing and drying by OS for control and operation of user information processing and an instrument part means performing the transportation, crushing, and drying of the food garbage. The instrument part means comprises input and measuring device part (200), a drying chamber, and a discharging device part. A CC camera takes a picture of the inclusion of adulteration such as metal, bone, shell, vinyl, fabric, and plastic etc., in the food garbage discharged in the fuselage adjacent to the input and measuring device part. An input of the discharged food garbage is measured by load cell (230), and the disposal quantity by individual user is transmitted to the electronic part means. In order to transfer the load applied to the collecting container because of the weight of the garbage to the load cell, the load transfer device connects the collecting container and the load cell so that the load can be transferred.
