    • PURPOSE: An automatic packer packaging apparatus is provided to selectively perform various types of packaging according to the sizes of packing boxes and of tissue boxes which are supplied according to size. CONSTITUTION: An automatic packer packaging apparatus comprises a packing box transfer unit (10), a packing box lifting unit (20), an absorption transfer unit (30), a box outer shape transforming unit (40), a box right angle retaining unit, a box angle retaining unit, a transverse direction folding unit (70), a tissue box feeding unit, a lead-in limiting unit, and a longitudinal direction folding unit (F). The packing box transfer unit is configured on the far end of the box feeding unit, and successively transfers empty packing boxes which are piled up in multi-stages while being flatly folded. The packing box lifting unit is delivered with the packing boxes which are transferred from the packing box feeding unit after lifting the packing boxes for a following forming process, and keeps the packing boxes on an upwardly fixed position to be easily picked up. The adsorption transfer unit picks up the lifted picking box one by one to correspond to a following process. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically attaching tape to a box comprises a body(100), a first roller(230), a tape cutter(330), a second roller(430), a guide shaft(450), a third roller(630), a support shaft(650) and a driving lever(500). A tape reel(15) is installed on the body. The first roller is installed on the bottom of a first driving lever(200) and is rotated upwardly if making contact with a moving box. The first roller attaches tape(10) to the box by the tension of an elastic spring(220). The tape cutter is installed on a cutter driving lever(300) and is located more highly than a cutter delaying part(350). If making contact with the moving box, the second roller rises toward the rear of the body and presses the tape. The guide shaft operates in the opposite direction to the second roller and is connected a plurality of tensile springs(510).

    • A taping head of a box packing apparatus is provided to take off tape on boxes when opening the boxes by folding ends of the tape cut with a cutter. A taping head of a box packing apparatus consists of a housing(6), first and second rotating arms(10,12) with taping rolls(8) at each end of the arms, a saddle(16) with a cutter(14) and vacuum blocks(24,26) with a suction slot(28) connected with a vacuum pump. The vacuum blocks fold the end of tape cut by the cutter. An expanded part(30) is form in the vacuum blocks and an exhaustion pipe is connected to the expanded part to increase vacuum pressure in the suction slot. A rib(36) projected in the suction slot limits the tape length sucked in, and increases flow velocity of sucked air into the suction slot.

    • An apparatus for printing (60) on a continuous web of linerless tape (16) defined by a print side for subsequent application to an article (5). In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a support for a continuous web of linerless tape; an undriven platen roller (36) located downstream of the support; a print head (70) associated with the undriven platen roller, wherein the undriven platen roller directs the continuous web of linerless tape past the print head for printing on the print side thereof; and a driven roller (38) positioned adjacent the platen roller and downstream of the print head for pulling the web of linerless tape from the platen roller. The picking part transfers the spread packing box to a first setting position inside the folding part, and has a robot arm, a head part, and a supporting part (112). The robot arm at one side of the folding part has multiple joints. The head part at one end of the robot arm has multiple vacuum absorption nozzles (111a) for absorbing one side of the packing box. The supporting part at one side of the head part supports the upper end of the packing box absorbed to the head part.
