CONSTITUTION: A brake control system of a vehicle is composed of each wheel cylinder; a master cylinder(MC); a main hydraulic line(MF) for connecting the master cylinder and the wheel cylinder; a first cut-off valve for opening and closing the main hydraulic line; a hydraulic pump(HP) disposed at a discharge side of the wheel cylinder to boost and exhaust brake pressure to the wheel cylinder; a motor(M) for operating the hydraulic pump; an auxiliary hydraulic line(MFc) for linking a suction side of the hydraulic pump with the master cylinder; a second cut-off valve for opening and shutting the auxiliary hydraulic line; inlet and outlet valves(PC1,PC2) arranged at an inlet and an outlet of the wheel cylinder; and a control unit for controlling the first and second cut-off valves, the inlet and outlet valves, and the hydraulic pump. The control unit closes the first cut-off valve and opens the second cut-off valve to insert brake fluid of the master cylinder through the auxiliary hydraulic line to the suction side of the hydraulic pump for brake-assist control aiding braking power according to a brake-pedal operation of a driver, drives the motor operating the hydraulic pump, and holds reaction force of the brake pedal by making off-time of the motor longer than on-time thereof.

CONSTITUTION: An anti-skid device of a vehicle is composed of a hydraulic cylinder(10) in which a piston member(11) is embedded; an oil tank(20) storing hydraulic oil fed to the hydraulic cylinder; and an oil pump(30) pumping and transferring hydraulic oil from the oil tank to the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder, the oil tank and the oil pump are mutually connected by pipings(41,42). The piston member is withdrew to the side of the hydraulic cylinder to reach to a brake pedal(1) by up and down reciprocating motions. A sensor(12) for sensing a contact with the brake pedal is mounted at the side of the piston member and electrically coupled with a pump actuator(31) disposed to the oil pump. Accordingly, the pump actuator stops the working of the oil pump by an electrical signal applied from the sensor in contact with the brake pedal.

CONSTITUTION: A vapor-lock preventing device of a vehicle comprises a temperature sensing device; a reverse flow preventing device; an oil cooling device and a control device. The temperature sensing device senses temperature of brake oil(8) in a caliper(4). The reverse flow preventing device is connected between the caliper and a brake pipe(2) to cut reverse flow of brake oil when temperature of brake oil is over set temperature. The oil cooling device recovers cool brake oil from the caliper to the brake pipe when the temperature sensing device senses temperature of brake oil is over set temperature. The control device controls the reverse flow preventing device and the oil cooling device to operate reverse flow preventing and oil cooling operations. Therefore, the vapor-lock is prevented by circulating cool brake oil when temperature of brake oil is over set temperature.

The control unit is composed of a torque estimating device(61) for assuming torque action on the motor; a hydraulic pressure discharge amount computer(62) for computing the discharge amount of the hydraulic pressure by the pressure discharged from the pump and the estimated torque; a rotational speed computer(63) for calculating the rotational speed of the motor; a hydraulic pressure discharge amount/rotational speed comparing table(65) for storing the rotational speed of the motor corresponding to the computed hydraulic pressure discharge amount; and a motor controller(64) for computing a target rotational speed of the motor by the torque and hydraulic pressure discharge amount of the motor and outputting a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal controlling the motor by proportionally controlling the target rotational speed and an actual rotational speed calculated from the rotational speed computer.
