The link restriction member restricts the vertical movement of the seat back by controlling the rotation of the link unit. The link restriction member comprises a tail part(13) with a strength reducing unit.

When the support plate is pressed to move, the headrest moves a front upper direction. The first link is connected to the support plate and operates according to the head rest to rotate a seat back at a predetermine angle. The second link part is connected to the first link part and operates with the first link part to move a seat(160) in a rear side.
