    • An automatic discharge apparatus of a waste compressor is provided to perform the waste compressing process in succession through promptly discharging waste, enable a forklift to transport the waste conveniently by lifting up a waste that has been transported to a set place to a predetermined elevation, and prevent contamination generated in the circumference of a workshop due to wastewater discharged from compressed waste. In an automatic discharge apparatus of a waste compressor comprising a hopper(102) into which waste is injected, a compression chamber in which the injected waste is compressed and banded, and which has an openable and closeable discharge port(106) formed therein to discharge the banded waste to the outside, a compression member(110) for compressing the waste in the compression chamber, and a banding member for banding the waste compressed by the compression member to discharge automatically the banded compressed waste, the automatic discharge apparatus comprises: a pair of guide rails(10) disposed on the ground in front of the discharge port of the compression chamber in a way that the guide rails are parallel to the discharge direction of the waste; a transport member(20) which is movably installed between the guide rails, and which transports the waste to a set place when the waste that has been discharged to the outside through the discharge port is slidingly placed on an upper face of the transport member; and an operating member(30) which is laid under the ground beneath the compression chamber in a manner that the operating member is connected to the transport member, and which is operated to the transport member to the set place.

A press machine with a linear motor comprises a power increase device(10) such as a link device where an output part(20) executes linear reciprocating operation, a first press driving source(11) such as a linear motor, a linear motor, and a connection conversion device(13). The first press driving source has an output shaft(34) connected to an input part of the power increase device. The linear motor has the output part as a second press driving source(12) for driving a press molding. The connection conversion device connects the output shaft of the linear motor and the output part of the power increase device. The connection conversion device also includes a combination member inserted through the output shaft of the linear motor and the output part of the power increase device, and an insertion separation driving source separating the combination member.

    • PURPOSE: A press for measuring a compressive strength is provided to enable to move while upper and lower molds are horizontally maintained because a plurality of upper and lower spindle shafts are simultaneously rotated. CONSTITUTION: A press(100) for measuring a compressive strength comprises an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20). Each one end part of an upper spindle shaft(60) and a lower spindle shaft(70) are installed to be rotated by penetrating the upper and lower fixing plate so that a press is not interfered with a plurality of guides(50) being joined in between upper and lower fixing plates(30,40). An object is positioned between the upper and lower molds. The compressive strength of the object is measured by pressing the upper mold. A pressing plate(11) being joined to the upper mold is moved up and down by rotating the upper spindle shaft along a guide while being spirally coupled with the upper spindle shaft. The lower mold is moved up and down by rotating the lower spindle shaft according to a size of the object along the guide while being spirally coupled with the lower spindle shaft. When the upper mold presses the object placed on the lower mold between the upper mold and the pressing plate, a load cell measuring a compressive load is installed.
