The compression net receives the vegetable garbage by being connected to the vegetable garbage inlet and provides a vent(26) which is formed in an opposite side of the inlet and ejects the compact. Each of a pair of compacting screws comprises a screw body(311) and a spiral shape compression blaze(312) formed along the longitudinal direction of the screw body. In the screw body, a space between the compression net and the screw body becomes narrower as a diameter becomes bigger from the inlet side to the outlet side.

A cutting feed part(2) is connected to a cut material supply unit(50) in the filtering net cask entrance. The filtering net cask(5) is connected to the cut material supply unit, which is connected to a cut material vent of the cutting feed part, on one end and a discharge hole of a dregs discharge room(4) on the opposite end. A juice receiving chamber(6) makes juice collected in the filtering net cask, and is formed with a discharge pipe(6a) on one side. A male screw pipe(7b) of a control lever(7a) is connected to a shaft rod(3b) of the transfer screw and bearings, and rotates in-situ. An open-close ring(73) is connected to a movement screw pipe screw-assembled in the circumference of the male screw pipe, and accumulates elasticity by installing a coil spring(7d) in the connecting part. A control device(7f,7g) controls the rotation of the control lever.
