    • PURPOSE: A pressure resistant hose is provided to reduce the thickness, to be effectively used for the eruption of high pressure gas or liquid, to reduce a material cost, to improve irregularity, and to form easily and simply. CONSTITUTION: A pressure resistant hose is formed by layering both ends of the raw cloth including multi-layer polyethylene union cloth in a hose shape. A polyethylene protecting film(61) is combined to the outer face of first auxiliary sheet layers(62-66) including at least two layers of polyethylene union cloth(63,65). Therefore, the hose has a hardness enough to resist against the discharge pressure of gas or liquid. For increasing the hardness of the hose, a polyethylene film of a high melting point is layered on the outer face of the outermost watertight film(66).

    • PURPOSE: A method is provided to mold a pressure-resistant hose to efficiently spout high pressure of vapor or liquid with a remarkably thin thickness using polyethylene fabrics. CONSTITUTION: A watertight film(44) is coated on both faces of a first and a second polyethylene fabric(48,50). The width directional both ends of the two polyethylene fabrics are stuck together to form a first and a second adhesive portion(40,42). The inside of a first hose layer(14) is stuck to the outer face of a second hose layer(16), and thus two hose layers are moved together. The first and the second hose layer are separated along the circumferential direction of a pressure-resistant hose(12) not to be overlapped each other overlap. Thereby, the hose is prevented from deteriorating pressure-resistance.
