버진수지와회수수지재료의혼합수지를성형에있어서의수지재료로서사용하는경우라도, 내충격강도가우수하고, 안정된고품질의발포성형품을저비용으로제조한다. 이때문에, 용융된후에고화된수지재료를부수어이루어지는회수수지재료와, 용융에의한열 이력이가해지지않은버진수지를혼합한혼합수지에발포제를첨가하여구성된수지재료를사용한다. 이수지재료는, 폴리프로필렌계수지에폴리에틸렌계엘라스토머를혼합시킨것이도록한다.
