    • PURPOSE: An electrically fused synthetic resin pipe is provided to enable an accurate thermal fusing work by cutting off power supply to a hot wire when a projection of an indicator protrusion is sensed. CONSTITUTION: An electrically fused synthetic resin pipe comprises a fusion completion sensing unit(180) and a pipe temperature sensing unit. The fusion completion sensing unit senses the projection of the indicator protrusion and cuts off power supply to a hot wire. The pipe temperature sensing unit senses the real temperature of the synthetic resin pipe. The synthetic resin pipe can be thermally fused since power application time is set up according to the real temperature of the synthetic resin pipe.

CONSTITUTION: A board assembling device using heat fusion comprises a pneumatic cylinder(21), a substrate(22), a plurality of thermal fusion machines(23), a board mount part(24), and a controller(25). A substrate is connected to a cylinder rod(21a) of the pneumatic cylinder. A plurality of thermal fusion machines is formed in the lower surface of the substrate. The board mount part is installed with keeping an air gap from the substrate. The board mount part loads the board at the position where a board pin(12a) and the thermal fusion machines are on a straight line. The controller controls the operation of the pneumatic cylinder.

    • The present invention relates to a heat adhesion system for bonding two plastic members. The heat adhesion system comprises: a heating panel which accommodates multiple heaters and includes a heat conductive plate in which a heating area is changed according to the number of driving heaters; a sense part which senses the heating temperature of the surface of the heat conductive plate; an object recognition camera which calculates the cross section size of a member from images by photographing the cross section of the plastic members; an input part for providing the input instruction of a user; and a control part which sets up the heating area of the heat conductive plate based on the cross section size of the member inputted by the user through the input part or the cross section size of the member calculated from the object recognition camera, independently drives the heaters by corresponding to the set heating area, and controls the driving heaters so that the heating temperature sensed by the heating temperature sense part reaches a predetermined temperature.
