    • In an apparatus for charging and coating a liquid material into a gap between plate-shaped members with an emission nozzle, damages to the plate-shaped members by contact with the emission nozzle; drooping of the liquid material or a decreased coating speed is to be prevented. To this end, the apparatus includes a plurality of holding members (4, 5) for holding a plurality of plate-shaped members (2, 3) so that the major surfaces of the plate-shaped members (2, 3) will face each other, and a movement member (6) for causing movement of the holding members (4, 5) towards and away from each other. The apparatus also includes an emission nozzle (10) introduced into a gap defined between the plate-shaped members (2, 3), held for facing each other, to emit a charging liquid material (7) into the gap. The apparatus also includes a nozzle movement unit (11) for causing movement of the emission nozzle (10) in an in-plane direction of the plate-shaped members (2, 3), and a control unit (21) for controlling the nozzle movement unit (11). The apparatus further includes a reservoir (15) for storing the charging liquid material (7) and a thrust unit (13) for emitting the charging liquid material (7) stored in the reservoir (15) via the emission nozzle (10). The emission nozzle (10) is coated with resin.

An automatic heat fusing device of a sheet for a heat exchanger, to heat fuse a second sheet automatically to a surface of a unit heat exchange plate having an air flow guiding ribs on both sides of a first sheet, which is produced by injection molding, comprises the followings: a base(110); a rotating table(120) installed above the table; a lower jig(121) installed at four places on the table, to receive the unit heat exchange plate as a shape; a first heat fusion unit(130) installed to a ceiling of the base to ascend and descend, to heat fuse firstly the second sheet to a horizontal part of the unit heat exchange plate laid on the lower jig; a second heat fusion unit(140) to heat fuse the firstly heat fused second sheet secondly to a side of a vertical protrusion part of the unit heat exchange plate by ascending and descending and moving horizontally; and a transferring unit(150) sucking the unit heat exchange plate heat fused with the second sheet, and moving to a conveyor belt(160).
