    • PURPOSE: Apparatus for producing hollowed hoses is provided to obtain the hoses without biasing in right and left directions even when extended raw materials made of elastomeric compound are continuously transferred. The compensation unit(20) has a frame(23) moving in a direction perpendicular to a transfer direction of the raw material(1), a sensor(25) to detect biasing of the raw material(1) and a driving member(26) to move the frame(23) in the direction perpendicular to the transfer direction of the raw material(1).

The developable component or structural part can be obtained due to a combination of the application of fabric prepreg layers and windings made from threads, yarns, rovings or ribbons. The component or structural part has particularly high strength, outstanding mechanical properties and chemical resistance after curing of the resin matrix, or after curing and carbonizing, or after curing, carbonizing and graphitizing.

    • PURPOSE: A dual insulated pipe, a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an air layer from being formed and to improve the adhesion property by an auxiliary roller pressing a thermal insulation filler and a resin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a dual insulated pipe is composed of a pre-heater(100), a foaming device(200), an extruder(300), and a cooling unit(400). The pre-heater preheats an inner pipe(10) of the fixed size with the constant temperature. The foaming device foams a thermal insulation filler(205) outside the inner pipe preheated by the pre-heater at the constant thickness. The extruder extrudes and winds an adhesive(315) and a resin(325) outside the thermal insulation filler. An auxiliary roller sticks the adhesive and the resin closely to the thermal insulation filler. A space control unit is installed at one side of the auxiliary roller and controls a gap between the auxiliary roller and the inner pipe. The cooling unit cools a dual insulated pipe(20) passing the extruder.
