    • PURPOSE: A vinyl perforated hose, and apparatus and method for producing perforated hoses thereof are provided to induce a laser beam in length and width directions of the hose, and to focus the laser beam on a surface of the hose, to form various patterns of holes on the surface, thereby preventing a perforated state of the hose. CONSTITUTION: A compensating unit(20) supports a rotation of the fabric roll(10), and compensates an inclination of a fabric(1). A printing unit(40) prints labels on a surface of the fabric(1) whose inclination is compensated. A perforation unit(50) forms through holes by a laser beam on the fabric(1) passing through the printing unit(40). A cylinder forming unit(60) makes the fabric(1) in a cylinder-shaped hose. A product roll(19) winds the complete hose. Many sub rollers(71-78) are comprised.

    • PURPOSE: A hole forming apparatus for a spraying hose is provided to form various holes in the spraying hose by guiding laser beam generated from a laser generator onto the spraying hose widthwise and lengthwise thereof. CONSTITUTION: A hole forming apparatus includes a spraying hose conveying section for moving a spraying hose(60) in a predetermined speed and a laser beam generator(10) for generating laser beam. A telescope(20) is provided to adjust a diameter of laser beam generated from the laser beam generator(10). An X-axis reflection mirror(30) is positioned at an upper portion of the spraying hose conveying section. A driving motor(31) is connected to a rotating shaft of the X-axis reflection mirror(30) in order to rotate the X-axis reflection mirror(30). A Y-axis reflection mirror(40) is rotatably installed widthwise the spraying hose(60) in order to guide laser beam onto a surface of the spraying hose(60). A step motor(41) is connected to a rotating shaft of the Y-axis reflection mirror(40). A telecentric scan lens(50) is positioned between the Y-axis reflection mirror(40) and the spraying hose(60).
