    • 본발명은부이제조방법에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는부이(buoy)를이루는부체를효율적이고안정적으로구 형상으로제작할수 있기위한부이제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명의일실시예에따른부이제조방법은 PE폼지를감아구체(球體)를형성하는부이(Buoy) 제조방법으로, a) 상기 PE폼지가감겨진롤(Roll)을거치대에거치하는 PE폼지롤(Roll) 거치단계; b) 상기거치된 PE폼지를상하(上下) 이송롤러(roller) 사이를통과시켜소정텐션(tension)을주면서권출(捲出)시키는 PE폼지언롤링(Unrolling) 단계; c) 상기권출되는 PE폼지를경화접착제가함유된상하(上下) 접착롤러를통과시켜상기 PE폼지하면에상기접착제를도포시키는 PE폼지접착제도포단계; d) 상기접착제가도포된 PE폼지를상기 PE폼지의진행방향을가로질러형성된제1 수평축에고정하여회전시키되, 상기 PE폼지가상기제1 수평축에서원심방향으로갈수록폭이좁아져계단식으로적층되어완만한타원체형상으로감겨지는 PE폼지와인딩(Winding) 단계; e) 상기타원체형상으로감겨진 PE폼지를상기제1 수평축을기준으로회전시키면서커터날을일측에서타측으로부채꼴모양으로이동시켜그 형상이구형(球形)의 PE폼체가되도록절삭하는 PE폼지구형(球形) 절삭단계; f) 상기구형의 PE폼체를제2 수평축에장착하여회전시키면서 1차도장을실시한후 상기구형의 PE폼체의폭에맞게나일론사를균일한장력으로권취하는동시에 2차도장을실시하는나일론사와인딩(Winding) 단계; g) 상기나일론사가권취된 PE폼체에중도도장한후 자외선(UV) 차단제가포함된도장재를사용하여상도도장으로마무리하는마무리도장단계를포함하고, 상기 d) 단계에서상기접착제가도포된 PE폼지가상기제1 수평축에서원심방향으로갈수록폭이좁아져계단식으로적층될수 있도록, 상기 PE폼지를상기제1 수평축에고정하여회전시킬때 상기 b) 단계와 c) 단계사이에서상기상하이송롤러(roller) 사이를통과시켜권출되는 PE폼지를길이방향을따라폭이점차좁아지게절단하는 PE폼지폭 절단단계를더 수행하는것을특징으로한다.

    • PURPOSE: A continuous system pipe manufacture facility is provided to provided to increase the manufacture convenience by resetting an initial cutting position. CONSTITUTION: A continuous system pipe manufacture facility(500) comprises a pipe manufacture device(100), a heating device(200), and a cutting device(300). The pipe manufacture device forms a pipe shaped structure(400) by offering a material for a pipe formation in a rotary shaft(110). The pipe manufacture device consecutively moves forward and rotates a pipe star shaped structure along the longitudinal axis direction. The heating device heats the pipe shaped structure transferred from the pipe formation device. The cutting device moves to the same speed with the pipe star shaped structure along the vertical axis direction. The cutting device cuts the pipe shaped structure and produces the tubular article.

A hollow portion(12) is formed in an inside diameter of hollows with a cross reinforcing support. The external and internal blocking projections(14,15) are formed in one side of a profile(11) in order to form a space into which PE resin is not supplied. The extruded profile is frozen in a chiller. A perforated profile is provided to a winding device to spiral form. The PE resin is fused from the second extruder in an external diameter space(16) of the profile and supplies an external connecting member. The profile is shaped to the drain pipe and cut by the cutting device.

    • A synthetic resin perforated drain pipe is provided to prevent corrosion and bad smell due to water penetrated in the profile by boring a through-hole at the adhesive part of a profile. A synthetic resin perforated drain pipe comprises following steps. Material is parallelly extruded to 2 lines of a profile(PF) through an extruder(100). The 2 lines of the profile supply the adhesive resin between the 2 lines of the profile. The profile is cooled by a cooler(300). A plurality of through-holes is consecutively formed in the profile by a piercing machine. The profile in which a through-hole is formed is wound in a cylindrical shape through a winding machine(500). When profile is wound in the cylindrical shape, the adhesive resin is supplied to attach the profiles. The synthetic resin perforated drain pipe wound in the cylindrical shape is cut at a fixed length through a cutter(700).

The winder supplies the profile supplied from the cooler in a spiral shape so that the coupling protrusions are coupled in an uneven shape to form external and internal spaces.
