    • The present invention relates to a method for blow molding using a metal mold having a driving core and the driving core, wherein the driving core has heat rays.     • An apparatus of inspecting a preform is provided to inspect cracks or holes having a small size by using an internal pressure of the pre-form measured through a pressure sensor. An apparatus of inspecting a preform(10) comprises a convey unit for conveying the preform, a photographing unit(30) installed on a convey path of the preform, an intake unit(40), which is adhered to an opening of the preform to draw in air in the preform, and a central processing unit. The intake unit includes a support plate(42) installed at an upper side of the convey path, a guide rod(43) passing through the support plate, a lifting member(41), a vacuum part, a pressure sensor and a cam part(45). The lifting member is installed at a lower end of the guide rod and has an intake hole which communicates with the opening of the preform.

    • PURPOSE: A forming device and a forming method of a lamp shade are provided to improve the durability, to prevent the defects, to uniformly form the permeability of light and to improve the productivity and the quality of the lamp shade by forming the lamp shade at a uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION: A heating plate(20) has an air inlet hole by installing in a mold(10) to heat and soften a resin plate(A). A pair of lower molds(30) forms a connection portion and a frame portion of a lamp shade by arranging in the both upper parts of the heating plate to be movable leftward and rightward. Carrying cylinders(40) carry the lower molds leftward and rightward. An upper mold(50) forms the frame portion and a front portion of the lamp shade by installing in the upper part of the lower molds. An elevating cylinder(60) elevates the upper mold. A pair of middle molds(70) are fixed in the upper parts of the lower molds to insert the upper mold. A drier(81) to remove the moisture and regulators(82,83) to control the pressure are connected with a pump(80). The pump injects air through the air inlet hole. Thereby, the lamp shade is formed at the uniform thickness.
