    • A boundary block manufacturing method and a boundary block are provided to maximally increase visibility of the boundary block by adding beads and a phosphor to colored rims formed at both ends of the boundary block. The boundary block manufacturing method comprises the steps of: mixing aggregates, cement, water, and an additive according to the mixing ratio of a concrete boundary block(1), putting the mixture into a mold of the boundary block, and then pressing and molding the mixture to form rim grooves at both ends of the boundary block; stirring and mixing cement of 20~24wt.%, sand of 42~46wt.%, paints of 7~9wt.%, and water of 5~7wt.% for 3 minutes; stirring and mixing beads of 11~13wt.% and a phosphor of 7~9wt.%; pressurizing and molding colored rims(12) by putting the molded boundary block into the mold and inputting the mixture into the rim grooves; putting the boundary block having the colored rims into a curing compartment keeping the temperature at 25~65‹C and curing the boundary block for 12 hours by spraying the steam; preheating the cured boundary block through a conveyor-type heating furnace keeping the temperature at 60~70‹C; spraying and applying glaze two times on upper and front surfaces of the preheated boundary block in the thickness of 1mm; and completing the boundary block by plasticizing the boundary block at 230~270‹C for 3 hours in a kiln.
