    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of band-free type concrete pile is provided to reduce the use of raw materials by manufacturing concrete piles in a separated state instead of attaching a metal band to both ends of the concrete pile, thereby improving the productivity and securing the product competitiveness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of band-free type concrete pile comprises the following steps: a build-up process for installing a steel bar in a lower molding frame in a state that bands are arranged on both ends of the lower molding frame; an injecting process for injecting a concrete mixture into the lower molding frame; a frame forming process for binding an upper molding frame which forms the upper part of the lower molding frame, and combining the upper molding frame with the lower molding frame; a pulling process for fixing the steel bar in an elongated state; a centrifugal process for molding the frames in a pile form by rotating them; a curing process for making the pile have a fixed strength by curing with vapor; and a demolding process for separating the upper and lower molding frames and separating the pile completed in the lower molding frame. After the demolding process, a band separating process for separating the band placed on the both ends of the completed pile is performed.
