    • PURPOSE: A mortar composition is provided to have excellent insulation, water resistance, heat resistance, flame retardance, chemical resistance, and weatherability by including a volcanic stone powder and polyether ether ketone. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a mortar composition comprises a step of preparing a first mixture by mixing 0.02-2 parts by weight of water-reducing agent into 100.0 parts by weight of a mixture which consists of 65-80 weight% of Portland cement and 20-35 weight% of cement, to preparing a first mixture; a step of mixing 33-40 weight% of a silicon emulsion acryl resin, 50-55 weight% of a polyether ether ketone, 1-3 weight% of an antifoaming agent, 2-4 weight% of a curing agent, 2-4 parts by weight of a fluidifier, and 2-4 weight% of a perlite powder to preparing a second mixture; and a step of mixing 10-30 parts by weight of a second mixture and 70-90 parts by weight of water based on 100.0 parts by weight of the first mixture.
