CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting a tube(21) is composed of an input unit(26), a detecting sensor(24), and a control unit(25). The input unit inputs information on cutting the tube at a uniform length. The detecting sensor detects the marked parts(27) formed at the tube. The control unit receives the information from the input unit and a detected signal from the detecting sensor, and controls cutters(23) to selectively cut the marked parts of the tube at a uniform length.

    • PURPOSE: A punching device is provided to improve the productivity in an image processing and a punching process of a high speed and a high accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A guiding device(c2) of an optical system toward a camera body is swung centering the camera body. Thereby, the camera photographs by moving in a high speed and the shaking or the inclination of the image by a vibration are not generated. Therefore, an image processing and a punching process are performed with a high accuracy in a short time.
