A cylinder (1) for lifting up and down and an up-down belt conveyor (2) for ejection are installed at one side of the frame, and a dual position control cylinder (3) for lifting up and down and a dual position belt conveyor (4) are installed at the other side of the frame. An upper conveying belt conveyor for a loading lifter is fixed to the upper side of the up-down belt conveyor. When being conveyed, a panel (8) is placed at the dual position belt conveyor and is lifted by the actuations of the motors, cams, and cam rods, and then is conveyed to the upper conveying belt conveyor.

The water-permeable structure (20, 30, 40, 60, 70, 80, or 90) as an interface between the storage space (124) and the liquid separation space (122) has a porous and water-permeable interface (22, 32, 42, 62, 72, 82, or 92) allowing only the liquid (W) to pass therethrough and preventing the stored objects (P) and the solid cooling material (I) in the storage space (124) from being moving to the liquid separation space (122) beneath the storage space (124). Therefore, the stored objects can be prevented from being mixed with the liquid generated in the ice box, and the ice box can be hygienic.
