PURPOSE: A device for automatically cutting a panel by controlling dual speed or and the position is provided to remove a defective product by controlling the cutting position while staying the speed of producing of a cutter regardless of the changing state of the producing speed. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically cutting a panel by controlling dual speed or and the position comprises a servo motor (1) for the first tuning, a ball screw (2) for the first tuning, a linear movement bearing (3) for the first tuning, a servo motor (4) for controlling the second position, a ball screw (5) for controlling the second position, a linear movement bearing (6) for controlling the second position, a panel cutting unit (7), and a laser sensor (8). The servo motor for controlling the second position is installed on an opposite side of the servo motor for the first tuning and controls the second position. The laser sensor senses the paint painted in a transferring panel or an embossed unit.
