    • A screw working device for a high accuracy special pitch is provided to process a screw at an end of a shaft and to form the screw having various high accuracy pitches easily through the proper rpm of forward-reverse and rotary motors. A screw working device for a high accuracy special pitch comprises a base member(100), a moving frame(500), a fixed member(700), and a processed body. The base member has a screw bar(300) rotated by driving force of a forward-reverse motor(200). The moving frame is moved by a moving body screwed with the screw bar. The fixed member is connected with a rotary shaft of a rotary motor(800) and has a fixed chuck(600) for fixing the shaft. The processed body is placed on the base member. A linear motion guide(160) is placed to slide the moving frame.

CONSTITUTION: A device for processing a thread to an end of a steel bar and including a vice(70) and a cutting head(50) driven by a motor(30) and a frame(20) on which the vice, the cutting head, and the motor are mounted is composed of a cutting head carriage and a motor carriage(31) reciprocating along a guide rod(22) fixed to the frame; the motor and the cutting head installed to motor and cutting head carriages, respectively, wherein the cutting head is connected with the motor through a gear assembly(40) including a transfer gear(44); and a transfer screw(10) of which a front end is combined to a transfer nut(21) fixed to the front of the frame, installed with a screw gear(11) at the inside and combined with the cutting head and motor carriages through a thrust bearing with connecting the transfer gear and the screw gear. The cutting head carriage reciprocates to the rotations of the motor.
