    • PURPOSE: A workpiece screw-machining method utilizing the rotational ratio difference of a main shaft and a spindle is provided to securely process a screw by preventing a backlash and a concentric defect by performing a screwing process by the forward and backward movement of a processing tool. CONSTITUTION: A workpiece screw-machining method utilizing the rotational ratio difference of a main shaft(10) and a spindle(20) is as follows. The main shaft rotates along with the spindles along a same axis in a same direction. Thread machining operates according to rotation rate of a machining tool and a material. The machining tool moves back and forth according to the rotating ratio difference of the processed material and the machining tool.
    • 目的:提供一种利用主轴和主轴的旋转比差的工件螺旋加工方法,通过加工工具的向前和向后移动进行螺纹拧紧处理,防止了间隙和同心缺陷,从而可靠地处理螺钉 。 构成:利用主轴(10)和主轴(20)的旋转比差的工件螺旋加工方法如下。 主轴沿着同一轴线沿同一方向与主轴一起旋转。 螺纹加工根据加工工具和材料的转速进行操作。 加工工具根据加工材料和加工工具的旋转比差异来回移动。
