    • 본 고안의 목적은 하나의 탭핑장치에서 육각너트와 플랜지형 너트를 모두 클램핑할 수 있게 하여 육각너트와 플랜지형 너트의 종류에 상관없이 각각 암나사를 가공할 수 있게 한 암나사 가공용 탭핑장치를 제공함에 있다.
      이러한 본 고안은 기체에 설치되어 슈트를 통해 공급되는 육각너트 혹은 플랜지형 너트들 중 어느 하나의 너트가 얹혀지며, 상기 너트에 암나사를 가공할 수 있게 구동풀리로부터 전동되는 힘으로 회전하는 탭에 상기 너트를 공급할 수 있게 왕복 이동하는 가이드테이블; 및 상기 가이드테이블의 어느 일측으로 설치되어 상기 너트들 중 육각너트를 고정하기 위한 제1클램프를 설치할 수 있게 하는 제1고정면을 구비함과 아울러 상기 제1고정면에 제1클램프를 고정할 수 있게 형성한 다수개의 나사공들로 이루어진 제1고정부와 상기 제1고정부의 반대측으로 설치되어 상기 너트들 중 플랜지형 너트를 고정하기 위한 제2클램프를 설치할 수 있게 하는 제2고정면을 구비함과 아울러 상기 제2고정면에 제2클램프를 고정할 수 있게 형성한 다수개의 나사공들로 이루어진 제2고정부로 이루어진 고정수단을 포함한다.

    • The present invention relates to a nut tapping apparatus. The nut tapping apparatus according to the present invention includes a chute guiding downwardly nuts which are not machined; a nut seating portion disposed at a lower portion of the chute on which the nut dropped along the chute is seated; a pusher pushing the nut seated on the nut seating portion in one direction; a machining unit receiving and machining the nut pushed by the pusher; and a support part connected to the chute to be able to move up and down, and interposed between the pusher and the machining unit to support the nut seated on the nut seating portion when the nut is positioned at the lower portion. When the nut is moved by the pusher, the nut supported by the support part is moved toward the machining part while being brought into contact with the support part to push up the support part. Therefore, since the unmachined nut dropped along the chute is supported, falling of the nut is prevented to secure the continuity of the process.

If the base material counted with the counting unit is more than two during one step period, the control unit drives the switching unit based on the set-up data and one discharge port is closed. The base material is discharged by opening the other discharge port.
