    • PURPOSE: An automatic tapping machine for soft material is provided to form various sizes of a female thread on a soft work piece and to control tapping size easily during the process. CONSTITUTION: An automatic tapping machine for soft material comprises a horizontal travel unit(20), a vertical travel unit(30), a spindle assembly(40), and an eccentric driver(50). The horizontal travel unit moves a table(10) on X and Y axes. The vertical travel unit moves a clamping chuck(15) up and down. The spindle assembly is installed on the vertical travel unit and moves up and down, and delivers the torque to the clamping chuck. The eccentric driver is connected to the bottom of the spindle assembly and mounts the clamping chuck to be moved eccentrically in the horizontal direction.

    • A through bolt machining system and a through bolt machining method using the same are provided to process the whole parts of a long object at a time, automatically arrange the steady by measuring vibration, bending and twist of the object, and automatically correct a processing error of the object. A through bolt machining system comprises a sensor(622) measuring straightness, circularity, and coaxial property of an object and vibration, bending, and twist of the object in rotation; a tool(620) including a tool body(624), a bite tip(626) for processing the object, a metal heat sink for radiating the heat generated in the bite tip, and a cutting fluid nozzle providing the cutting fluid to the pointed end of the bite tip in the processing of the object; a steady(610) equipped in the opposite side of the tool and fixing the object; and a data processing unit(630) which is connected to the tool, the steady and the sensor, receives the vibration, bending and twist sensing data from the sensor and controls the position of the steady based on the data, and receives the straightness, circularity, and coaxial property of the object from the sensor and automatically corrects a process error in the processing of the object.

    • 본발명은초미립상태의초경합금을이용한너트의암나사가공용나사탭에관한것으로, 특히절삭날부와, 탭핑머싱의홀더에상호결합되게일단부에홀더체결부가형성된자루부로이루어진나사탭에있어서, 상기절삭날부(10) 및자루부전체가초경합금제로이루어져, 상기절삭날부의절삭각도(θ)를약 2∼4°정도이고경사각도(θ)가중심선을기준하여약 32∼34°정도높여상기절삭날부의전체면적(α)을넓게하고, 칩배출홈의폭(β)을줄여고속회전에따른상기절삭날의강도유지및 절삭되는칩이원활히배출되게형성되는것을특징으로한다. 상기와같이본 발명에따르면나사탭의재질을초미립초경합금으로이루어져재료의특성및 장점을최대한이용하므로, 나사탭의내구성, 내마모성, 인성및 고강도등에의해공구의수명이길어주기적또는필요시나사탭의잦은교환이불필요하여공구교환에따른유지및 생산원가가절감됨과동시에교환후 오랜사용으로공구교환에의한기계정지시간이단축되어가공능률및 생산성이상대적으로향상되며, 종래보다탭핑속도를 20∼30%이상증가하여가공작업이가능하므로, 그에따른가공시간이단축되고단위시간당의생산량이증대됨은물론가공정밀도가높아피절삭물이더욱정밀하게가공처리되어제품에대한상품성및 신뢰성을향상시킬수 있는효과를나타낸다.
