A through bolt machining system comprises a sensor(622) measuring straightness, circularity, and coaxial property of an object and vibration, bending, and twist of the object in rotation; a tool(620) including a tool body(624), a bite tip(626) for processing the object, a metal heat sink for radiating the heat generated in the bite tip, and a cutting fluid nozzle providing the cutting fluid to the pointed end of the bite tip in the processing of the object; a steady(610) equipped in the opposite side of the tool and fixing the object; and a data processing unit(630) which is connected to the tool, the steady and the sensor, receives the vibration, bending and twist sensing data from the sensor and controls the position of the steady based on the data, and receives the straightness, circularity, and coaxial property of the object from the sensor and automatically corrects a process error in the processing of the object.

    • A manufacturing method of an inconel tension stud bolt for a gas turbine is provided to enable a tension stud bolt for a power generating turbine to be used for a long period and reduce costs of a power plant and operate facilities of the power plant stably by manufacturing a high strength bolt, thereby preventing high temperature degradation of the bolt due to aging or damages of the bolt due to fatigue. A manufacturing method of an inconel tension stud bolt for a gas turbine comprises the steps of: cutting an inconel 718 workpiece into a proper shape; heat-treating the workpiece; and forming a screw part on the workpiece, wherein the screw part forming step includes a process of preheating the workpiece to a temperature of 550 to 650 deg.C and a process of form rolling the screw part of the workpiece using a form rolling machine in a state that the workpiece is preheated.
