    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for concentrating high efficient gas and a method for controlling the same are provided to actively control the consumed amount of highly concentrated oxygen during a nitrogen cleaning process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for concentrating high efficient gas includes an air compressor(100), absorbing towers(200, 300), concentrating flow paths(210, 310), and a cleaning tank(400). The air compressor supplies highly compressed gas. The absorbing towers are arranged at the upper side of the air compressor. The absorbing towers absorb nitrogen and concentrate oxygen. The concentrating flow paths are arranged on the upper side of the absorbing towers and discharge concentrated oxygen. The cleaning tank supplies concentrated oxygen and alternately cleans absorbed nitrogen.
    • 目的:提供一种用于浓缩高效气体的装置及其控制方法,以在氮气清洗过程中主动控制高浓度氧的消耗量。 构成:用于浓缩高效气体的装置包括空气压缩机(100),吸收塔(200,300),浓缩流路(210,310)和清洗罐(400)。 空气压缩机供应高压缩气体。 吸收塔布置在空气压缩机的上侧。 吸收塔吸收氮气并浓缩氧气。 浓缩流路布置在吸收塔的上侧并排出浓缩氧气。 清洁槽提供浓缩氧气,并交替清除吸收的氮气。
