    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for concentrating high efficient gas and a method for controlling the same are provided to actively control the consumed amount of highly concentrated oxygen during a nitrogen cleaning process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for concentrating high efficient gas includes an air compressor(100), absorbing towers(200, 300), concentrating flow paths(210, 310), and a cleaning tank(400). The air compressor supplies highly compressed gas. The absorbing towers are arranged at the upper side of the air compressor. The absorbing towers absorb nitrogen and concentrate oxygen. The concentrating flow paths are arranged on the upper side of the absorbing towers and discharge concentrated oxygen. The cleaning tank supplies concentrated oxygen and alternately cleans absorbed nitrogen.

CONSTITUTION: A hybrid air compressor(100) combined with an eccentric shaft and a cross slider comprises a body unit(110), a motor assembly(120), a first connecting unit(130), a second connecting unit(140), and an air compressing unit(150). The first connecting unit opens and closes the upper portion of a cylinder(110a) of the body unit and the air flowed through the upper portion of the cylinder. The second connecting unit opens and closes the lower portion of a cylinder(110a) of the body unit and the air flowed through the lower portion of the cylinder. The air compressing unit is coupled with an eccentric shaft(121) and compresses the air flowed through the cylinder.

    • PURPOSE: An oxygen purity control and supplying device is provided to mix high purity oxygen from an oxygen concentrator and compressed air by regulating variable flow control valves automatically, and to supply oxygen continuously with keeping the purity. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen supplying apparatus under variable purity is composed of an oxygen flow adjusting valve(20) outputting concentrated oxygen from an oxygen concentrator; an air flow adjusting valve(40) regulating the amount of mixing air by controlling compressed air flow; a first driving motor(21) opening the oxygen flow adjusting valve; a second driving motor(41) controlling the opening degree of the air flow adjusting valve; and an oxygen purity control circuit(50) controlling the first and second driving motors according to the set purity of oxygen. The oxygen supplying apparatus supplies oxygen under desired purity automatically and continuously, and mixes high purity oxygen from the oxygen concentrator and the compressed air by regulating the flow adjusting valves automatically. The adjusting valves are controlled to keep the constant purity with detecting the purity of oxygen. The oxygen under variable purity condition is supplied with regulating flow.

The oxygen-rich stream is fed to storage tank(500) after equalized by the equalizing valve(400), the adsorbers being sequentially back washed by concentrated oxygen.

Air filtered at No.1 suction filter(102) is compressed by No.1 air compressor(100) and fed, a part being fed to auxiliary pressure tank(300), to No.1 adsorber(204) of No.1 oxygen concentrator(200) where nitrogen in air is adsorbed and oxygen only go to oxygen storage tank(400), a part of oxygen being stored at oxygen washing tank(500). During adsorber regeneration, oxygen in oxygen washing tank(500) is back flown to No.1 adsorber(204) to flush nitrogen from the adsorbent and discharge through "B" path of solenoid valve to discharge silencer(206). No.2 and No.3 oxygen concentrators(210) can be additionally installed in parallel according to the oxygen load required.
