    • It is intended to provide a molding method whereby a body fluid purification cassette having a minimized size can be formed at a low cost. A body fluid purification cassette (U1), which is mounted to a body fluid purification apparatus body in a detachable manner, is composed of synthetic resin housings (F1, F2), fundamental elements (R1, 1, PT1) to be enclosed in the housings, selected element(s) (2) that are selected as necessary from among body fluid purification elements such as a dialyzer (2), a plasma exchange module and an immunoadsorption column, and body fluid channels (R1 to R7) connecting the fundamental elements to the selected element(s). The housings (F1, F2) and the body fluid channels (R1 to R7) are molded by the primary molding so that the halved cross section has a definite shape. Then, the halved constructs are integrated together by the secondary molding to give a cassette. In the step of integrating the body fluid channels in the halved constructs via the secondary molding, the fundamental elements (R1, 1, PT1) and the selected element (2) are liquid-tightly connected to the body fluid channels (R1 to R7).

    • A novel in vivo perfusion method for inducing differential signaling in an animal is provided to obtain direct changed conditions of target proteins according to presence or restraint of signal transmission. A novel in vivo perfusion method for inducing differential signaling in an animal includes the steps of: cutting an abdomen of an animal and obtaining an organ, an artery and a vein to be perfused; inserting and fixing a blood catheter into the vein; connecting the catheter with a perfusion tube; circulating a solution that is used in a control group in the tube; separating a piece of organ as a control group after finishing perfusion using the solution; and removing the organ of the control group, moving the perfusion tube to a solution including a group of compounds of a test group, and performing perfusion.
