    • PURPOSE: A ventricle assistant device is provided, which helps recovery of ventricle by supporting cardiac function and can be easily removed after recovery of function. CONSTITUTION: A ventricle assistant device comprises: an inlet tube(10) which is connected to atrium in order to flow blood within the atrium of heart; a blood pump(20) which is connected to the inlet tube and discharges the blood flown from the inlet tube; a overflow pipe(30) which is connected to the blood pump in order to flow blood discharged from the blood pump and is connected to artery in order to supply blood to the artery of the human body; and a controller(40) controlling the operation of the blood pump.

A method and apparatus for diagnosing cold or hot habitude of patient is comprised of steps: Inputting the diagnostic parameter of patient(S1); calculating the intrinsic basal metabolism of patient based on the inputted diagnostic parameter(S3); calculating the actual basal metabolism of patient based on the inputted diagnostic parameter(S4); comparing the calculated intrinsic basal metabolism of the patient with the actual basal metabolism and diagnosing chillness and fever of the patient(S5). The diagnostic parameter comprises at least one of the sex, height, the body temperature, the weight, age, the pulse frequency, the pulse width of patient.

    • PURPOSE: A Sorghum bicolor Moench extract having an antibacterial activity is provided to prevent side effects by human body toxicity accumulation and to use as an alternative agent of conventional synthetic antibacterial agent. CONSTITUTION: A Sorghum bicolor Moench extract is isolated using low alcohol, methanol. The Sorghum bicolor Moench extract is fractioned using hexane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol or water. A cosmetic composition for anti-bacteria contains the Sorghum bicolor Moench extract as an active ingredient. The composition has antibacterial activities to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, or Klebsiella pneumoniae. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin softener, nutrition skin, nutrition cream, essence, pack or shower powder.
