    • The present invention relates to a continuous and automatic pulse wave measuring apparatus and blood pressure measuring method, measuring the pulse wave by a non-invasive method for checking a state of a cardiovascular system. The continuous and automatic pulse wave measuring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an integrated measurement module including an electrocardiogram measurement part for measuring an cardiogram of a person under test, a bio-impedance measurement part for measuring bio-impedance of the person under test by a potential difference, a cardiac sound measurement part for measuring cardiac sound of the person under test, and a controller for measuring and controlling the state of the cardiovascular system of the person under test based on an electrocardiogram signal measured by the electrocardiogram measurement part, a bio-impedance signal measured by the bio-impedance measurement part and a pulse transmit time (PTT) calculated by using a cardiac sound signal measured by the cardiac sound measurement part; a first communication power module including a first wireless communication part electrically connected to the integrated measurement module for wirelessly transmitting and receiving information on the integrated measurement module and information on an external module, and a first power supply part for supplying power to the measurement module; and a bio-measurement pad safely attaching the integrated measurement module and the first communication power module thereto and having a bio-electrode electrically connected to the bio-impedance measurement part. Therefore, the state of the cardiovascular system may be easily and precisely measured.

    • The present invention relates to a smart healthcare system using a remote auscultation examination service based on a digital stethoscope and an operation method thereof. The smart healthcare system auscultates and diagnoses biological signals from internal organs of a person and utilizes a smart phone. The present smart healthcare system using a remote auscultation care service includes: a digital stethoscope which generates auscultation data through digital conversion; a smart phone which stores the generated auscultation data with the information of the patient′s name, area of examination, and examination date; a terminal for a doctor which receives the auscultation data requested from a server and transmits a medical chart written by the doctor to the server, and enables conducting an auscultation examination for a patient in a remote location; and a server which receives examination request information including a RequestChart and auscultation data, and transmits the RequestChart and auscultation data to complete a MedicalChart table. The smartphone provides a user auscultation data, compares the auscultation data with the auscultation data of a reference waveform to display the health status of the user on a patient application in the smartphone, checks the processing status of the items the smartphone requested through an examination record screen of the smartphone when a remote examination is requested, and outputs the diagnosis result.
