摘要： 본 발명은 내시경 검사 등을 위한 기구의 구동부를 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 기구는 가요성 부분이 있는 조종 단부를 갖는 관형 부재와, 타단부에 배치되는 구동 수단을 포함하고, 상기 구동 수단은 조종 단부에 연결되는 원통형 부분과, 구동 수단에 연결되는 원통형 부분과, 구동 수단의 운동을 조종 단부에 전달하는 다수의 종방향 요소를 포함하며, 구동 수단은 완전한 원통형 관으로부터 시작하여 구성되고, 상기 원통형 관에는 다수의 종방향 슬릿이 마련됨으로써 종방향 요소를 형성한다. 본 발명은 또한 본 발명에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어지는 구동 수단을 이용하는 내시경 검사 기구에 관한 것으로서, 구동 수단의 신뢰성 있는 작동을 얻기 위하여 상이한 구성이 사용된다.

In an apparatus(10) for positioning a device on an endoscope, a first element is provided to apply force to the device. The second element is adopted to apply the force to the endoscope via an opening placed at an inside of the device.

The tube has a substantially free lumen for conveying various elements and also used for conveying liquids and gasses to and/or from organs (5) penetrated by said tube (52). The tube further comprising an imaging sensor (42) incorporated in the anterior face (22; 44) of said tube; at least one conduit of energy (54) to activate said imaging sensor (42) associated with the wall of said tube (52); at least one conducting element (28) for transmitting signals of said imaging sensor (42) to the rear end of said tube, at least one receiver for said signals; and cleaning means triggered by a timer or software for keeping said imaging sensor clear.

CONSTITUTION: A catheter using optical fiber and a camera comprises a cylindrical shaft(10), a cap(20), a wire(30), a camera(40), a camera cable(41), optical fiber(60), a drug injection tube(50), a case, and a drive device. In the shaft, a hollow is formed in the longitudinal direction. The cap comprises a head unit and an insertion unit. The wire is formed along a wire guide groove. The camera is inserted into a camera insertion groove. The camera cable is connected to the camera. One side of the optical fiber is inserted into a lamp insertion groove the other side thereof is installed along the hollow within the shaft. One side of the drug injection tube is inserted into an injection tube insertion groove and the other side thereof is installed along the hollow within the shaft. The case is connected to the other side end of the shaft. The drive device is installed in the case.
