CONSTITUTION: An air absorption fan(50) is installed the one side unit of a water gathering bucket(30). A duct is installed for cooling an UV lamp using air absorbed from the air absorption fan. The air collects the high temperature heat of the UV rays lamp using a cooling method. 摘要： 본 고안은 서랍식으로 출입되는 주방용 살균소독기에 관한 것으로서, 특히 살균소독기 본체에서 장착된 수납틀의 출입을 위한 출입수단의 수리작업이 용이하고 구조가 간단하면서 조립이 용이하고 또한 출입이 안정적이면서 원활하게 작동되도록 한 것이다.
일반적으로 주방용 도구를 사용한 후에는 세제를 사용하여 깨끗이 세척한 후에 자연건조 되게 사용하고 있으나 세척한 후에도 주방용 도구에 미생물과 같은 병원균이 그대로 서식하고 있어 위생적이지 못하였다.
따라서 최근에 서랍식으로 개폐가 되는 주방용 살균소독기가 제공되었으며 이러한 주방용 살균소독기의 구조는 소독장치가 내장되고 일측방에 개구부를 형성하여 본체의 양 내측면에 레일이 장착되어 상기 레일에 의해서 주방용구가 수납된 수납틀이 원활하게 개폐가 되는 것이나 이러한 레일이 고장이 날 경우에 수리공간이 협소하여 본체의 바닥부가 분리가능한 것이 제공되어 레일이 고장날 경우에도 수리가 용이한 것이 제공되었다.
하지만 상기와 같은 레일의 구조가 본체의 바닥부에 설치된 레일에 수납틀의 바닥판에 형성된 롤러가 얹혀진 상태로 되어 있어 수납틀이 출입될 때 유동이 발생되어 작동이 용이치 못하였고 고장발생률이 빈번한 것이었다.
따라서 본 고안은 주방용 살균소독기에 설치된 출입수단의 고장시 수리가 용이하고 동시에 수납틀이 본체에서 출입될 때 유동을 방지하여 원활하면서 안정적으로 작동되어지고 간단한 구조로 되어 조립이 용이하고 원가를 절감토록 한 것이다.
