摘要： PURPOSE: A dish washer is provided to fall water sprayed inside a main dish washer without residues in a food tray by vertical arranging tableware. CONSTITUTION: A dish washer comprises a guide plate(220), a stop guide(240), and a plurality of holders(210). The guide plate passes through the outlet of an auxiliary dish washer and guides a food tray(2) to a conveyor. The stop guide is adhered to the front side of the food tray and supplies the food tray to the conveyor while the upper part rotates on the basis of a lower shaft(241) in a stopped state. The plurality of holders settles the front side of the food tray and is formed on the conveyor in order to locate the rear side of the food tray to face upwards.
