PURPOSE: An energy-saving dish sterilizing dryer having a center-concentrated hot blower is provided to reduce energy loss and increase energy efficiency by minimizing emitted heat to the outside in order to dry dishes for a short time. CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving dish sterilizing dryer having a center-concentrated hot blower comprises a body(100), dish holders, a hot air supply pipe, a blower, and a heater. The dish holders are formed in both inner sides of the body in multistage. The hot air supply pipe is vertically installed in the center of the body along the dish holder. Hot air branch pipes are branched in both sides of the hot air supply pipe under every dish holder. The blower is formed in the upper part of the body and supplies air into the hot air supply pipe. The heater is formed inside the hot air supply pipe to give off heat.
