      바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 상기 액상사료는 민물뱀장어의 자어의 양식 사료에 대한 입붙임을 유도하고 섭취량을 증가시켜 성장 및 생잔율을 증진시키기 위해, 오징어 연육분과 어류(방어, 빨간 개복치)의 어란에서 추출된 어란내용물, 비타민, 크릴추출물 및 대두단백질의 혼합 사료분말을 제조하고, 상기 사료분말에 상어(곱상어)의 난황에서 추출된 난황유 및 증류수를 혼합하여 액상화 하여 급식하게 된다.

    • PURPOSE: A method of making an immunostimulator composition containing granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, surfactants, binders and sodium benzoate is provided. Oral administration of fish feed containing the immunostimulator composition to a fish allows the survival rate of the fish and secretion of protection material to be increased. CONSTITUTION: The fish feed for oral administration to a fish comprises: 10 parts by weight of an immunostimulator composition containing 0.05 to 10.5% by weight of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, 0.5 to 90% by weight of a surfactant, 0.1 to 98% by weight of a binding agent and additionally sodium benzoate as preservatives; and 150 to 1,800 parts by weight of feed. The granulocyte colony-stimulating factor is prepared by extracting the granulocyte colony-stimulating factor with a surfactant in a yeast culture liquid, adding a binding agent to the extracted granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and then freeze-drying the granulocyte colony-stimulating factor composition.

    • PURPOSE: A method of treating Artemia salina(brine shrimp) eggs by alkalinizing the eggs in an aqueous alkaline solution before vacuum packing to cause components ionized in the aqueous alkaline solution to be absorbed into the eggs is provided. Therefore, the method increases the hatchability of the eggs treated and the rate of survival and growth of a fry as well as eggs themselves. CONSTITUTION: Dried Artemia salina eggs are washed and impurities are then removed therefrom. Thereafter, the pretreated eggs are soaked in an aqueous alkaline solution to increase the moisture content of eggs, hydrated and then dried. The aqueous alkaline solution contains 150 to 250 parts by weight of purified water, 10 parts by weight of sodium citrate, 14 to 22 parts by weight of potassium chloride, 40 to 50 parts by weight of potassium carbonate and 150 to 250 parts by weight of lactitol.
