    • A method of breeding cattle by feeding fermented feed containing deep sea water, Phellinus linteus and glucose and amylase and water containing deep sea water and purified water is provided, which reduces death rate by less than 8% and the breeding period and improves meat quality. To breed cattle, mixed feed is fed for 30 to 60 days and mixed deep sea water is also provided in an amount of 3,000cc every day. The mixed deep sea water is prepared by heating deep sea water at 60 to 70deg.C for 5 to 7 days to a salinity of 30% and mixing concentrated deep sea water and purified water in a weight ratio of 1:100.

    • A method of breeding pigs by feeding deep sea water and fermented products of Phellinus linteus and deep sea water to pigs is provided. The method reduces the mortality rate of pigs by less than 2% without feed antibiotics and breeding period and produces meat with low cholesterol and the efficacy of Phellinus linteus without the odor of pork. First, Phellinus linteus is dried to a moisture content of less than 5% and ground to a size of 1 to 2 nanometers. Second, deep sea water is heated at 60 to 70deg.C for 10 to 15 days to produce deep sea water with a salinity of less than 3%. Third, the Phellinus linteus powder is mixed with the deep sea water with a salinity of less than 3% and glucose in a ratio of 100:50:3. Fourth, 1kg of the mixture is added with 3g amylase, fermented at 25 to 35deg.C for 5 to 7 days, cooled at -5 to -10deg.C and ground to produce a ground mixture with a size of 1 to 2 nanometers. Fifth, the deep sea water with a salinity of less than 3% is heated at 60 to 70deg.C for 5 to 7 days to produce deep sea water with a salinity of 30%. Finally, the ground mixture is mixed with feed in a ratio of 1:15 and fed to pigs; and the deep sea water with a salinity of 30% is diluted with purified water in a ratio of 1:200 and fed thereto in an amount of 1,500cc.
