    • The present invention is a textile fabric for insect control by manufacturing according to an embodiment with a miticidal plant component having a function of controlling house dust mites, more specifically 5.0-10.0 parts by weight of a sophora root extract; 1.0-10.0 parts by weight of a pyrethrum flower extract; a propagation control vegetable extract, more specifically 5.0-10.0 parts by weight of neem-oil; an emulsifier which is a dissolution assistance, more specifically 10.0-20.0 parts by weight of any one selected among polyoxyalkylene aryl ether, sorbitan monoester, sorbitan monoalkylate, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan trialkylate, polyoxyethylene(20) sorbitan monolaurate:Tween 20, and polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate:Tween 80 as a nonionic surfactant; and 5.0-10.0 parts by weight of any one selected among an urethane resin, more specifically aqueous dispersion polyurethane resin and an acrylic resin, more specifically an aqueous acrylic emulsion resin as a fiber electrodispersion agent, and drying after electrodepositing on a textile sheet to help manufacturing environmentally friendly products and functional products in various fields according to use of textile fabric.

    • PURPOSE: An environmental-friendly nanoliposomal pesticide is provided to improve pesticidal effect and to keep long-term drug efficacy by mixing fermented spirit-treated lecithin with a plant extract or metabolites of effective microorganisms (EM) and encapsulating the mixture in a nanoliposome form. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an environmental-friendly nanoliposomal pesticide comprises the steps of: mixing and stirring lecithin and 2-5 times weight of fermented spirit to enhance emulsification stability of lecithin including unsaturated lecithin and saturated lecithin (S10'); removing a separated upper part and collecting precipitated lecithin which is treated with the fermented spirit; mixing 0.5-10 wt% of the fermented spirit-treated lecithin, 2-20 wt% of a plant extract with pesticidal activity, and 2-20 wt% of metabolites of useful microorganisms (S20'); adding purified water to the lecithin mixture and homogenizing to obtain a pesticide solution (S30'); and encapsulating the pesticide solution in a nanoliposome. The plant extract is selected among a Pyrethrum flower extract, a neem seed extract, a Sophora flavescens Aiton extract, a Curcuma longa extract, a grapefruit seed extract, and a Cinnamomum camphora extract (S40').     • A method for preparing nano-sized vegetable oils is provided to improve antimicrobial and insecticidal effects of vegetable oils in agricultural chemicals without side effects such as inhibition of photosynthesis, and increase skin absorption of vegetable oils in cosmetics. A method for preparing nano-sized vegetable oils comprises the steps of: (a) mixing vegetable oils with emulsifier, turpentine or ethyl alcohol; (b) preheating the mixture at 70-80 deg.C; (c) spraying the mixture of step(b) and hot air from an oil nozzle and air nozzle simultaneously to prepare nano oil particles having 67.7 nm; and (d) collecting the nano oil particles with a dust collector or fan, wherein the nano oil particles are applicable to food, medicines and cosmetics.
