CONSTITUTION: A countermeasure system for birds comprises a long distance birds countermeasuring unit(110), a short distance birds countermeasuring unit, and an intermediate birds countermeasuring unit(120). The long distance birds countermeasuring unit detects birds at a long distance from a protection point using a radar. The short distance birds countermeasuring unit detects birds at a sort distance from the protection point and repels the birds. The intermediate birds countermeasuring unit detects birds between a short distance and a long distance from the protection point.

A head unit(2) and a body part(3) of the model bird are separated and a head driving part(200) for rotating the head unit is included in the inside of the head unit. The wing driving part for rotating the wing is included in the inner part of the body part of the model bird.
