An opening is formed on the front of the tray housing. The tray cover is elastically rotated around the upper end of the tray housing to open and close the opening. When the tray cover is pushed toward the front of the vehicle and so the opening is opened or closed, the locking unit locks or unlocks the tray cover corresponding to the movement of the tray cover.

The heat exchanger heat exchanges a heat exchange media passing through driving components. The cooling water line is installed between the heater core and heat exchanger so that the cooling water circulates. The cooling water pump is installed in the cooling water line. The bypass valve is installed in the cooling water line of the engine side. The bypass is controlled to be opened and closed by a driving or stationary sates of the engine.

The other side joint is expanded from the other end of the clamping portion to the dissimilar side lower part of the fixed beam. The other side joint is that the hanging protrusion hanging and is fixed is formed in the hanging piece.
