    • The present invention relates to an integrated package type hybrid power control module, which can achieve miniaturization and high efficiency by integrally packaging an inverter/converter and a controller, etc. of a hybrid or electric vehicle. The objective of the present invention is to provide the integrated package type hybrid power control module capable of: improving cooling efficiency by applying a power module having a double-sided cooling structure; reducing an entire size by cooling a capacitor to reduce the size of the capacitor; reducing the size by packaging an inverter/LDC, a control unit and board elements in a single housing; reducing a noise impact and ensuring electromagnetic safety by the package structure of separating and applying a low voltage unit (control unit) and high voltage units (inverter/LDC) to eliminate the electromagnetic impact that may be generated due to the integrated package; and improving assembly by realizing an inverter module including inverter power components.

CONSTITUTION: A heating element cooling device for hybrid vehicles comprises a radiating unit(10) of which different heating parts installs to both sides respectively. The radiating unit comprises a cooling jacket(11), an inlet(15), and an outlet(16). The cooling jacket is formed inside the radiating unit and is formed as the flow path in which cooling medium passes by. The inlet port is formed in the cooling jacket one side and is communicated with the flow path. The cooling medium flows in the inlet. The cooling medium is exhausted through the outlet. The radiating unit is integrally formed in the housing of one or more heating part.
