    • A caliper type electronic parking brake apparatus is provided to prevent the brake pedal slip phenomenon when operating a parking motor by an electric motor. A caliper type electronic parking brake apparatus is composed of a cylinder(10) in which hydraulic pressure is charged, a first piston(20) operating a parking brake and a service brake, a second piston(30) which is opposite to the first piston of the cylinder, and an electric motor(40) connected to the second piston. The first piston is moved to the left and right by the hydraulic pressure charged in the cylinder. An electronic parking brake control signal is transmitted to a hydraulic pressure control unit. The electronic parking brake control signal controls a normal open brake valve.

    • PURPOSE: A parking integrated disk braking device is provided to prevent the accident generation by preventing a gap between a frictional material and a disk even though the temperature of a frictional material and a disk decreases by parking a vehicle for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A parking integrated disk braking device includes a push rod(56), an internal piston(57), an exterior piston(60), a sealing member(61), and a gap compensating unit. The push rod is installed within a caliper housing in order to receive the operation force of a parking lever or a parking pedal. The external piston moves when the inner side piston moves toward the disk. The sealing member flexibly pressurizes the external piston of a caliper housing(53). A gap compensating unit prevents the generation of a gap between the disk and the frictional material when the volume of the frictional material is shrunk by temperature change.
