    • PURPOSE: A link matching device in a different links system and a method thereof are provided to supply additional service supplied from a task link system to other link systems by mutually matching link data including different link systems. CONSTITUTION: A link matching device in a different links system comprises a storage unit(10), a coordinate extraction unit(20), a coordinate detecting unit(30), and a link matching unit(40). The storage unit stores coordinates of each nod based on a standard link system; a coordinate row of link for connecting each nod; and coordinates of each nod based on an object link system. The section coordinate of a threshold unit is extracted from the coordinate of each nod and the coordinate row of the link connecting each nod based on the standard link system. The coordinate detecting unit detects the coordinate based on the standard link system which is within the threshold unit from the coordinate of the nod based on the object link system. The link matching unit matches each link of the object link system to corresponding link of the standard link system by using the coordinate based on the standard link system, which is detected by the coordinate detecting unit, and the coordinate of the nod based on the object link system.     • PURPOSE: A bidirectional route searching device using pattern data and method are provided to search a forward route from a starting location to a destination location by using real-time traffic information and pattern data and a final route from candidate routes by using the pattern data. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional route searching device using pattern data comprises a traffic information collection unit(21), a pattern data generator(22), a reverse direction route search unit(23), a forward direction route search unit(24), and a controller(25). The traffic information collection unit collects required passing times per sections of each road from a plurality of vehicles. The pattern data generator generates pattern data by calculating the average the required passing times per sections collected by the traffic information collection unit by per time zones and days of the week. The reverse direction route search unit searches candidate routes from a starting location to a destination location based on static costs. The forward direction route search unit searches a forward route from the starting location to the destination location by using the pattern data generated by the pattern data generator. The controller controls forward direction route search unit so that forward direction route search unit searches an optical route among the candidate routes searched by the direction route search unit by using the pattern data.
