    • PURPOSE: A torque limiter of a hybrid vehicle is provided to lower the maximum torque limit by reducing the torque variation of an engine through a torsional damper and reduce the capacity of a friction member by ensuring a moment length. CONSTITUTION: A torque limiter(TL) of a hybrid vehicle comprises an input member(6), a torsional damper(8), a frictional mechanism(10), and an output member(12). The input member is connected to a crankshaft to receive the rotation power of an engine. The torsional damper comprises a drive plate(14), a plurality of damper spring assemblies(16), and a driven plate(18). A damper spring assembly absorbs and reduces the torsional vibration of a rotational power from a drive plate. The driven plate receives the rotational power through the damper spring. The frictional mechanism comprises a friction member(20), a pressure plate(24), and a disk spring(28). The friction member is joined to the outer diameter part of the driven plate. The pressure plate closely attaches the friction member to a front cover(22). The disk spring is interposed between the pressure plate and a rear cover(26) to provide an elastic force. The output member is connected to the rear cover to output the rotational power delivered to the frictional mechanism.

      즉, 원심력에 의해 유압을 발생시켜 차체가 기울어지는 반대방향으로 시트(1)를 들어올려 시트(1)가 기울어지는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
      따라서 커브길을 주행하기 위해 차량이 선회될 경우 운전석의 평형을 유지시켜 운전자의 균형을 흐트러지지 않게 하여 조종 시 안정성을 증대시키고 이에 따라 운전자가 조종에 집중할 수 있게되어 사고발생을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
