    • PURPOSE: An olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided to have excellent tensile strength and elongation at high temperatures, and to have excellent impact resistance at low temperatures. CONSTITUTION: An olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises a polypropylene-based resin, a modified polypropylene, an olefin-based copolymer elastomer, a styrene-based copolymer elastomer, and organized nanoclay. The composition has a high-temperature tensile strength at 80 °C is 60 kgf/cm^2 or more, and a high-temperature tensile elongation is 700% or more. The polypropylene-based resin is a propylene polymer, or a copolymer of polypropylene and aliphatic A-olefin or aromatic olefin. The flow index polypropylene-based resin measured at 230 °C and 2.16 Kg is 1-90 g/10min.

    • A polyamide resin composition is provided to improve the resistance against chlorides and gasoline, to enhance melt strength, flexibility and appearance and to allow it to be used as a resin suitable for an automobile part. A polyamide resin composition comprises 30 ~ 70 weight% of a polyamide resin; 15 ~ 50 weight% of a polyethylene resin; 3 ~ 30 weight% of a reactive compatibiliser capable of reacting with the polyamide resin; 1 ~ 10 weight% of a softening plasticizer improving the flexibility of the polyamide resin; and 0.3 ~ 5 weight% of a reaction control agent which is a polymer or oligomer having at least two functional groups capable of reacting with the polyamide resin or the softening plasticizer.

    • An electroconductive film is provided to control electroconductivity according to the concentration of carbon nanotubes and the orientation of a formed pattern, and to ensure flexibility and/or transparency according to the kind of a substrate. An electroconductive film has a predetermined pattern of carbon nanotubes stiff random coil type formed by self assembling on the surface. The electroconductive film has a surface resistivity of 1-10^8 ohm/sq. A method for preparing the electroconductive film includes the steps of: (i) dissolving carbon nanotubes in an organic solvent; (ii) dispersing the carbon nanotube solution using an ultrasonicator; (iii) filtering the dispersed carbon nanotube solution; (iv) coating a thin film with the filtered carbon nanotube solution; and (v) drying the coated thin film.

The molding unit is molded with base resin of 5 to 95 wt% and thermal conductive thermoplastics with thermal diffusivity of more than 0.3x10^-6 m^2/s. The base resin of 5 to 95 wt% contains polycarbonate based resin of 10 to 90 wt% and polyethersulfone based resin of 90 to 10 wt%. The thermal conductive thermoplastics contains ceramic solid of 95 to 5 wt%.
