    • PURPOSE: A film peeling device and a method thereof are provided to prevent an impact from being applied to a polarizing film or materials by executing an initial peeling process for a film with a peeling tape. CONSTITUTION: A support stage(100) holds a material including a film or a polarizing film. A tilting frame(300) is rotated around a rotation shaft of a longitudinal direction. A plurality of grip units(200) are movably fixed at the tilting frame. The grip unit holds a plurality of peeling tapes protruded from the film. A roller unit(400) supports a supporting stage and the polarizing film in the peeling process of the film.

CONSTITUTION: A steam cleaning device for COF(Chip On Film) comprises a housing(10), a feed roller(14), a cleaning material(20), and a dewatering roller(15). The housing has a cleaning chamber(11), a supply hole(12), and a discharging hole(13). The supply and the discharging hole are formed on both side of the cleaning chamber. The feed roller is installed in the supply hole. The feed roller transfers a film for the chip mounting to the cleaning chamber. The cleaning material changes the cleaning water into the steam. The cleaning material scatters steams in the film supplied through the feed roller. The dewatering roller is installed in the discharging hole. The dewatering roller removes the moisture of the cleaning water left on the film.
