      이를 본 발명의 항균섬유 제조 방법은 셀룰로즈계 실을 항균 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 중합 개시제와 항균성 단량체 및 물을 혼합하는 항균액 제조 단계, 셀룰로즈계 실이 권취된 보빈에 항균액을 침투시키는 항균액 처리 단계, 반응기 내부 및 보빈에 침투된 항균액을 배수 및 탈수 처리하는 단계, 반응기 내부에 스팀을 공급하여 셀룰로즈계 실을 열 그라프트 중합 반응시키는 단계, 열 그라프트 중합 반응이 이루어진 셀룰로즈계 실을 수처리 세정하는 단계 및 세정된 셀룰로즈계 실을 고온 건조시키는 단계를 포함한다.

    • PURPOSE: A binder composition containing urethane acrylate is provided to prevent the damage of fiber by heat, thereby maintaining the inherent characteristic of fiber after locking the finishing agent in fiber and maintaining shape stability. CONSTITUTION: A binder composition containing urethane acrylate comprises 100 parts by weight urethane acrylate, 1-4 parts by weight light initiator, and 2-5 parts by weight crosslinking supporting agent. The binder contains 1-5 parts by weight aroma capsule. The viscosity of the binder is 10,000-30,000cps. The photoinitiator is one or more selected from benzophenone group compound, acylphosphine oxides compound, and acetophenone based compound. The photoinitiator is the mixture of 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropion phenone and diphenyl-(2,4,6- trimethylbenzoyl) phosphin oxide. The crosslinking supporting agent is a monomer containing diacrylate. The diacrylate is polyethylene glycol[PEG] 400 diacrylate.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing basis yarn, comprising the steps of: a) putting basis yarn, which is composed of only cotton yarn or formed by covering or piling cotton yarn and synthetic yarn with various cross-sectional shapes, into a reactor and infiltrating deodorizing liquid; b) performing graft polymerization of the basis yarn; and c) soaping and washing the basis yarn in step b). In addition, the present invention relates to a multifunctional towel woven using the basis yarn as the pile warp and having an improved drying function. The basis yarn and the towel according to the present invention have laundry durability improved by covalently bonding fibers and acid groups using graft reaction and can maintain the intrinsic properties of corresponding fibers even after a processing agent adheres to the fibers as the touch of the fibers is not affected. In addition, the towel according to the present invention has sweat-absorbing and rapidly drying properties, which existing towels do not have, and thus can prevent the multiplication of germs effectively as the synthetic yarn with various cross-sectional shapes is doubled or piled with cotton yarn. The processing method according to the present invention is a method applicable easily to existing tetrabase and can be applied to various fabric processing by changing a processing agent into another than a deodorizing agent. In addition, the yarn, which has gone through the processing method, can be used for bedding, clothing, accessories, etc.
