    • The present invention relates to a phosphate ester flame retardant including nitrogen represented by a compound and, more specifically, to a flame retardant of a phosphate ester compound including nitrogen obtained by making diaminotetraol react with phenyl phosphonic dichloride. The flame retardant composition according to the present invention is environmentally friendly since the flame retardant composition does not include halogen elements, exhibits excellent heat resistance, includes phosphorous and nitrogen at the same time and is able to be used as a flame retardant for all kinds of polymer resins since flame retardancy is excellent. In the formula, R_1 is an ethylene group or does not have a functional group; R_2 is a phenyl group; and R_3 is a methyl group or does not have a functional group.

    • The present invention relates to a complex hollow fiber for forward osmosis, and a manufacturing method thereof and, specifically, to a complex hollow fiber for forward osmosis, comprising a tubular supporting layer and a separation active layer formed on a concentric circle on the outer periphery of the supporting layer to surround the supporting layer. The separation active layer comprises cellulosic polymers, and the supporting layer comprises non-cellulosic polymers. The hollow fiber has excellent water permeation, mechanical property and pollution resistance, minimizes inner concentration polarization, compared to an existing forward osmosis membrane, maintains the high water permeation, and minimizes solute reverse diffusion of induction solution. In addition, the hollow fiber can be applied to water treatment processes for seawater, salt water, sewage and waste water, especially for a desalination process.
