    • A simulation system for train control according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an on-board control device which periodically provides a location, a speed, a state of a currently traveling train, provides request information for requesting registration of the train if detecting a transponder tag, and controls the train to be operated according to approval information if receiving the approval information granting the registration of the train; a train simulator device which is electrically connected to the on-board control device and changes the speed of the train or the state of the train according to the approval information if the on-board control device provides train information about the location, speed, and state of the train and provides the approval information; an LLC simulator device which analyzes the train information about the train received from the on-board control device and the train simulator device, displays the analyzed train information, and outputs trackside signals capable of controlling a trackside; a trackside control device which receives the trackside signals from the on-board control device or the LLC simulator device to output a first trackside signal and a second trackside signal capable to the trackside; and a trackside device which receives the first trackside signal and the second trackside signal from the trackside control device to switch a direction of the trackside or select whether or not to pass a level crossing.

    • The present invention relates to a technology of providing a passenger service. A method for providing a passenger helper service according to one embodiment of the present invention is performed by a passenger helper server capable of being connected to a passenger client and a guardian client and of being linked to a plurality of image acquisition means installed in a public transportation means.     • PURPOSE: A device and a method for detecting defects on the exterior of a railway vehicle are provided to periodically scan the exterior of the railway vehicle with a laser radar sensor and judge the defect existence by comparing scanned images with exterior images of the normal railway vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for detecting defects on the exterior of a railway vehicle comprises a laser radar sensor(110), an image processing unit(120), a determination unit(130), and a display unit(140). The laser radar sensor is installed in both side-wall surfaces of the inside of a tunnel, an upper wall surface and a rail. The laser radar sensor scans the exterior of the railway vehicle, thereby generating signals. The image processing unit receives the signals generated in the laser radar sensor, thereby forming images. The determination unit confirms whether the images are coincided with an exterior image of the normal railway vehicle or not. The display unit displays a result determined by the determination unit in an engine room.
